摘　　要：随着我国城镇化热潮的不断升温,新生代农民工职业技能偏低的现状与市场需求的矛盾日益激化。本文通过对新生代农民工的特点和需求的分析,明确了加强职业教育的必要性和社会意义,在对比我国当前职业教育所存在的问题的基础上,提出以就业为导向的新生代农民工职业教育发展策略。When urbanization continuously spreading, the low - level skill of new--born migrant worker cannot keep up with the market demand. Through the analysis on the characteristics and demand of the new - born migrant workers, this thesis specifies the necessity and social meaning of professional education and on the basis of the shortcomings of current professional education, also provides the developing strategies for the vocational education of new--born migrant worker to get a job.
