摘　　要：高校教师领导力是教师在学校群体活动中的影响力,它不仅是构建学校内部变革的重要力量,更是教师自我更新能力的有效途径。通过优化教师知识结构、合作共享、自主创新和开展学术交流等方法,能够帮助教师获得对他人的综合影响力,从而提升其领导力。教师领导力的提升是教师专业发展的内在要求,是教师学习与专业发展的需求。College teachers ＇ leadership is teachers＇ influence in their group activities, which plays an important role in the educational reform and may contribute to improving teachers＇ abilities. Teachers＇ influence can be enhanced by upgrading their knowledge, cooperating, innovating and attending academic exchanges, thus ascending their leadership. The ascension of college teachers＇ leadership is the interior demand for teacher＇s development in their specialty, which can meet the teachers＇ requirements in their learning and development in their specialty.
