摘 要:以"三角协调模式"为理论基础,可以明晰政府、市场、学校三个要素之间存在着契约、博弈、交易关系,并以此形成择校制度的理论框架。基金会、倡议组织、思想库和政治家四个方面以不同的发展使命和目标,在资助战略上整体构建了择校的供求体系,并利用体系外围的择校政策政治动力联合形成择校议题网络来不断吸引更多的社会资源流向该体系,形成全方位的择校生态系统,建构出择校制度的实践框架。Based on "Triangular Coordination Model", the analyses on the relationship of compact,gaming and trading among the government,market,and schools to form the theoretical framework of school choice.
