摘　　要：学习型社会的构建需要大力发展成人教育,在国家复兴、教育强国发展的关键历史时期,以高等院校为依托,分析成人教育模式现状问题以及全民终身教育下高校成人教育的需求特征,借鉴国外发达国家的成功经验,研究高校成人教育的转型模式,有利于对二者关系的正确认识,为高校成人教育的发展方向提供指导,促进其和谐可持续发展。The construction of learning society needs to develop adult education. In the key historical period of the development of national rejuvenation and higher education, it is very important to research the problem about the transiting mode of adult education in universities. In this research,the present problems of adult education and the demand characteristics of adult educaion in national life-long education which depend on institutions of higher learning are analyzed ,the successful experience from developed country are learned to research the transited mode of adult educaion in universities. It＇ s benefitial to correctly recognize the relation between the two parties,and it also can provide guidance for the development of adult educaion in universities and promote the harmonious and sustainable development.
