摘 要:目的促进疼痛资源护士(pain resource nurse,PRN)职业行为的发展。方法以格林模式为指导,综合护士疼痛管理知识和态度调查结果、多种角色的护理人员访谈结果和文献资料,分析促进PRN职业行为发展的倾向、促成和强化因素,相应地采取培训、行政及学术支持、组织文化建设和反馈措施。结果 PRN建立及发展了宣教、指导护理实践、培训、监测疼痛护理质量、倡导优质疼痛护理5种职业行为。床边护士的疼痛管理知识和态度得到了提高和改善,疼痛护理实践规范率得到了提高,患者镇痛宣教质量得到了改善。结论以格林模式为指导有助于成功发展PRN职业行为,促进医院疼痛管理质量提高。Objective To promote the development of professional behaviors of pain resource nurses(PRN). Methods Based on the Precede-Proceed Model and in reference of the results of investigation on nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward pain management,interview with nurses in different roles and literature review, the predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforcing factors of development of pain resource nurses' professional behaviors were assessed and found insufficient. Then, targeted training courses,administrative and academic supports, construction of organizational culture and feedback were provided. Results PRNs have developed five professional behaviors including patient education, practice guidance, training, monitoring of pain nursing quality and advocacy of high quality of pain nursing. The nurses' knowledge and attitudes toward pain management were improved ,and the rate of standardized practice of pain management was raised and the quality of pain education for patients was promoted. Conclusions The application of the Precede-Proceed Model can promote the development of professional behaviors of pain resource nurses and improve the quality of pain management.
