摘  要:教学经验移植是生成教学实践性知识的重要途径。国内对于教学经验移植的认识多停留在指称论层面,没有注意到其本质上是在教学工具理性支配下的一种意向性觉知。在基础课教学经验移植中,选择移植对象要遵循规范性,并以融合创新的方式实现移植对象的个体内化。具体而言,移植者要通过教学主体(师-师、师-生)之间的日常性交往沟通,将被移植的教学经验内化为自己的个体性知识并在教学过程中成功运用,整个移植过程才能算真正完成。Experience transplantation is an important way to generate practical knowledge of teaching. Domestic research of teaching experience transplantation stay on the level of referential theory, and do not notice its nature that it is an intention awareness dominated by the instrumental reason of teaching. In the process of experience transplantation of JICHU-course teaching, we should follow its normalization when we select the transplant object, and achieve the goal of Individual internalization by the way of Integration and innovation. Specifically, by the way of daily communication between teaching subjects (such as teacher-teacher; teacher- student) should the transplant transform the transplanted teaching experience to their own individual knowledge, and successfully used in the teaching process, that the entire transplantation process can be considered truly complete.
