摘 要:目的:研究早期干预对宫内感染致脑瘫大鼠运动功能改善的影响。方法:采用孕鼠腹腔注射LPS制备脑瘫动物模型,随机选取对照组(A组)足月仔鼠60只,LPS组足月仔鼠120只分为早期干预组(B1组)和非干预组(B2组)各60只。各组于生后25天进行神经行为学检测,B1组中检测出的CP鼠(B1CP组)继续早期干预,B2组中检测出的CP鼠(B2CP组)常规饲养,A组中随机选取10只鼠作为对照组(A’组);A’组、B1CP组和B2CP组仔鼠分别于25天及42天进行神经行为学检测和运动功能评定。结果:(1)25天B1组鉴定出7只CP鼠,B2组13只CP鼠,A组中无CP鼠。(2)B1CP组25天与42天各项检测结果比较:悬吊试验、斜坡试验、旷场实验、拒俘反应及改良BBB运动功能评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01);B2CP组和A’组大鼠25d与42d各项检测结果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)联合应用神经行为学检测与改良BBB运动功能评定可全面反映CP大鼠运动功能状况。(2)早期干预可以明显改善CP大鼠的运动功能。Objective:To explore the best methods to evaluate the motor function of cerebral palsy rats. Methods: Intraperitoneal injection of LPS was used to pregnant rats to make cerebral palsy model. 60 full-term neonatal rats were randomly selected from control group as Group A;120 ones from LPS group were divided randomly and averagely into a intervention group (Group B1) and a non-intervention group (Group B2) . 25 days after birth ,neuroethology examination was taken in each group to identify CP rats. The CP rats in Group B1 (Group B1CP) continuously receive early intervention, while these ones in Group B2 (Group B2CP) were fed normally; and 10 rats were randomly selected from Group A as control group (Group A’). Neuroethology examination and motor function assessment were taken in Group A’, Group B1CP and Group B2CP respectively at 25 days and 42 days after birth.Results: 7 CP rats were identified in Group B1, 13 ones in Group B2 ,and none in Group A at 25 days. The sores of hanging test, slopes test, open-field experiments, resist captured reaction and improved BBB motor function assessment was significant difference (P0.01) in Group B1CP between 25 days and 42 days, and no significant difference (P0.05) in Group B2CP and Group A ’. Conclusions:Neuroethology examination could evaluate the motor function of CP rats.Improved BBB motor function assessment could be used to elevate motor function of CP rats.Allied application of neuroethology examination and improved BBB motor function assessment could roundly evaluate the motor function of CP rats.
