摘 要:企业文化是企业持续健康发展的根基。本文致力于完善我国企业健康发展的目标,构建出了完整的企业"政治文化、制度文化、精神文化和行为文化"指标体系内核,指出我国企业文化的塑造,要坚持"以人为本"、"求同存异"、"扬弃"、"同步运作"和"相互理解沟通"的基本原则,并提出"以企业制度文化建设为保障,以企业物质文化建设为根基,以企业精神文化建设为中心,以企业行为文化建设为主线"的企业文化建设措施。Enterprise culture is the foundation of healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. To complete the goal of healthy development of the enterprises in China, this paper builds a complete enterprise index system kernel of political, institutional, spiritual and behavior cultures. It points out that the building of Chinese enterprise cultures should adhere to the basic principle of "following people-oriented concept", "seeking common ground while reserving differences", "developing the useful and discarding the useless", "implementing synchronous operations" and "achieving mutual understandings", and then puts forward some countermeasures of enterprise culture constructions which regard the enterprise institutional culture con- struction as the guarantee, the material culture construction as the foundation, the spiritual culture construction as the center, and the behavior culture construction as the main line.
