摘 要:针对传统平面度检测存在接触和测量位置固定等问题,探讨了1种基于双目视觉和投影圆的非接触式测量方法。该技术采用投影仪向被测量物体投射圆,然后由经标定的双目视觉传感器采集后,采用Zernike矩定位亚像素边缘,用透视投影变换形心移位偏差控制方法计算出形心坐标,最后采用对极几何匹配计算出圆心三维坐标,得到被测量物体的平面度误差。实验证明,该测量方法自由灵活,可以快速准确地得到平面度误差,系统测量平均误差小于0.06 mm。The optical measurement system based on binocular vision and epipolar geometry has been widely used in various fields. According to the problem of traditional measuring for flatness degree, such as contact measurement and fixed measurement position, a non-contact measurement method based on binocular vision and projection round had been discussed. First, the projector was used for projecting round onto the object to be measured. Then, after collecting by binocular vision sensor calibrated, it used Zernike moments to position sub-pixel edge. Next center coordinates calculated by using the least squares method and the centroid shift deviation control method. Finally, the center of the three-dimensional coordinates was calculated by using epipolar geometry matching method, and obtained the flatness degree error of the object which had been measured. Experimentation proved that this measurement method is free and flexible, and is able to get the error of flatness degree quickly and accurately, and system measurement average error is less than 0.06 mm.
