摘　　要：高校同质化的原因之一就是课程设置的趋同。高校要办出特色,需在课程设置上融入本校的特色,即重视校本课程开发。校本课程开发能够体现学校办学特色,促进学生的个性全面发展,培养教师的专业素养以及满足市场对多样化人才的需求,从而避免同质化教育。One reason of college homogeneity is the convergence of curriculum setting. If colleges and universities want to he unique, school-based curriculum development is a good way. School-based curriculum development can show the characteristics of colleges, promote the comprehensive development of students＇ personality, develop teachers＇ professional ability, and meet the demand of the market on diversified talents, which will naturally avoid the homogeneity of education.
