摘　　要：随着人们消费水平的不断提高和需求的多样化,食用盐由原来单一的原盐,迅速向多品种营养盐方向发展。食用盐是人们生活的必须品,食用盐产品的质量安全关系着每一个家庭和消费者的健康,因此保证食用盐质量安全尤为重要。本文从食用盐生产、销售、储存和流通环节着手,分析了各个环节可能存在的质量隐患,以及保障食用盐安全应解决的一些问题,为保障食用盐质量安全管理工作提供新思路。With the improvement of the consumption levels and the diversification of the need, edible salt develops fast to the direction of varietis nutrition salt from oringinal eurde salt. Edible salt is the essential goods of the pepople＇s life, the quality and safety of edible salt related to the health of every family and each customer. Thus it is quite important to guarantee the quality and safety of edible salt. This paper analyzes the hidden danger of qulaity that may exists in each link and the problems which should be solved in guarantee the safety of the edible salt and provides some new ideas to the quality and safety management work of edible salt from the oroduction, sales, warehousing and circulatin~ and other aspects.
