摘  要:目的探讨广西一起食物中毒患者副溶血性弧菌分离株的血清型,毒力基因及脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型情况。方法复苏保存的6株副溶血性弧菌,分别用O抗原和K抗原诊断血清进行分型,提取DNA后,用PCR方法检测其tdh和trh两种毒力基因,用SfiⅠ进行原位酶切,进行PFGE分型,通过Bionumerics进行聚类分析。结果 6株食物中毒分离株的血清型均为O1:K36;tdh检测阳性和trh阴性;有5株菌PFGE分型图谱完全相同,1株菌与其它菌相似率为:98%。结论该起食物中毒副溶血性弧菌分离株为相同的克隆群,脉冲场凝胶电泳可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究。Objective To Study serotypes, virulence gene and molecular typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from one food poisoning. Methods Six strains of V. parahaemolyticus were identified and typed using specific antisera of O and K. Multiplex PCR method were operated for testing presence of tdh and trh. The genomic DNA of isolates was digested with Sfi I, then run PFGE. The DNA fingerprints were analyzed by Bionumerics software to perform clustering. Results Serotypes of 6 isolates were O1 :K36 and there were gene tdh without trh in 6 isolatess. The DNA fingerprints of 5 isolates are identical with a similar rate of 98%. Conclusion The eases of food poisoning are caused by the same clone group of V. parahaemolyticus. PFGE is a good method for molecular typing of V. parahaemolyticus and could be effectively applied to trace the suspected source in food-poisoning.
