摘  要:目的调查四川省规范化护士培训中指导教师任职现状,分析存在问题,找出相应的解决办法。方法采用问卷调查和访谈法,调查了四川省16家医院300名规范化护士培训中指导教师的现状,并对3名省卫生厅护理专干以及20名护理负责人进行了访谈。结果指导教师学历结构多元化,以中专和专科为主;职称结构以初级和中级职称为主;年龄结构主要分布在20-39岁年龄段;指导教师队伍现状影响规范化护士培训的教学满意度和培训质量。结论建立健全规范化护士培训指导教师的准入制度,加强对指导教师教学理念、教学能力、人文关怀和创新思维的培养。Objective To investigate the current situation of the instructors in standardization nurse training in 5ichuan Province, analyze current problems and find out the corresponding solution. Methods Using questionnaire survey and interviewing method, 300 instructors from 16 hospitals were investigated, and 3 provincial health department nursing managers and 20 nursing managers were interviewed. Results Instructors are in diversified educational background structure, mainly secondary and college; Professional title structure is low, mainly primary and intermediate tide; mainly in 20N39 years of age, The satisfaction of teaching and training quality of the standardization nurse training are greatly influenced. Conclusion To establish and perfect the standardization nurse training teachers' access system, and strengthen the training of teachers' teaching concept, teaching ability and humanistic care and innovative thinking.
