摘 要:心理素质及其形成机制是心理素质及其培养研究首先必须解决的根本理论问题,目前我国心理学界对此还缺乏系统探讨。依据文化历史活动理论,从心理发生的角度分析认为,心理素质是主体依托实践共同体,通过实践活动内化外部刺激而形成的心理品质,其核心是关于如何解决实际问题的心理素质结构。初步探讨了心理素质及其形成的外源性机制问题,对进一步开展科学有效的心理素质及其培养研究有重要的启发作用。The formation mechanism of the psychological suzhi is the most important issue in the study of psychological suzhi and its cultivation,and there has not been any systematic exploration of it in the psychological academia.This paper aims at exploring the formation mechanism of psychological suzhi by bringing in the theoretical framework of Cultural-Historic Activity Theory.This theoretical framework helps us to theorize the psychological suzhi(a) as a psychological quality in essential that originates in actual process of human activity and is the transition from external activity into its subjective product,and(b) as a mental structure that decide the process for practical problem solving.In addition,a deepening process of participation in a community of practice is necessary to the development of psychological suzhi.Theoretical analysis of the exogenous mechanisms of the psychological suzhi may contribute to the development of the study on psychological suzhi and its cultivation in Chinese communities.
