大学生气质性乐观、适应性与生活满意度的关系

摘　　要：采用气质性乐观问卷、大学生适应性问卷及生活满意度问卷,对370名大学生进行调查,考察大学生气质性乐观对其生活满意度的影响,以及大学生适应性在两者之间的作用。结果表明:(1)大学生适应性、气质性乐观与生活满意度均处于中等水平上下,且整体上性别差异均不显著。(2)气质性乐观与大学生适应性和生活满意度呈显著正相关,气质性悲观与两者均呈显著负相关,大学生适应性与生活满意度呈显著正相关。(3)大学生气质性乐观和适应性对生活满意度有显著的正向预测作用,气质性悲观对生活满意度有显著的负向预测作用,大学生适应性在气质性乐观与生活满意度间的调节效应不显著。(4)气质性乐观对大学生的生活满意度既存在直接的影响,也以"个体定向适应"及"社会定向适应"为中介而产生间接影响。This study aims at exploring the relationship between dispositional optimism and life satisfaction,as well as the mediating or moderating role of adaption between them.370 college students were recruited to complete the life orientation test,the adaption scale for college students and the scale of life satisfaction.The results are as follows.(1) The level of adaption,dispositional optimism and life satisfaction is of mediate level,and there is no obvious difference between boys and girls.(2) The dispositional optimism has positive correlation with adaption of college students and life satisfaction,and the dispositional pessimism has negative correlation with them.(3) The dispositional optimism could predict their life satisfaction positively.The dispositional optimism could predict their life satisfaction negatively,while the adaptation of colleges didn't moderate the effect.(4) The adaptation of colleges students partly mediates the relationship between dispositional optimism(dispositional pessimism) and life satisfaction.
