摘　　要：精益管理是高校学生食堂管理方式的一次革命。遵循"整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、节约和素养"七大要素,通过采用系统分析法、分类定置法、视觉识别法、训练强化法、实绩促进法等方法,规范生产流程和后场管理,提升现场管理质量,消除不安全因素,降低运行成本,有效实现安全、降耗、提质、平价和增效的目标。Proficient management constitutes a revolution in college seven elements, namely organizing, rectifying, sweeping, cleaning, through system analysis, classification, visual recognition, training student canteen management, including the safety, saving and quality. It is implemented enhancement and performance promotion to standardize the production processes and the backcourt management, to enhance the quality of on -site manage- ment, to eliminate insecure factors and lower operating costs, so as to effectively achieve the goals of security, re- duction of energy consumption, quality improvement, parity and efficiency.
