摘　　要：为适应任职教育不断发展的新形势,针对任职教育过程的实际情况,从任职教育的定义和必要性,任职教育的特点以及存在的问题三个方面,分析了目前任职教育过程中的现状,论述了制约任职教育质量提高的突出性问题,提出了加强和提高任职教育质量的具体办法和对策。This paper analyzes the current situation of professional education, discuss the constraints of outstanding problems and summary methods and countermeasures to improve the quality of education through serving the educational process to the new situation and adapting to the continuous development of professional education. From the definition of professional education and the necessity of working characteristics of education, as well as problems in three aspects, we can strengthen the actu al situation of the educational process.
