摘  要:CBL(case based learning)教学模式,是在可控环境中对现实世界的部分模拟,是强调以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导的小组讨论式教学方法。PBL(problem based learn-ing)教学模式,是提倡在教学相关环节中以问题为中心展开讨论,促进师生间的互动交流,激发学生的兴趣。两种教学模式相结合,调动了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生综合分析问题及解决问题的能力,弥补了既往常规教学模式的缺点,是老年医学教学中一种行之有效的新的教学模式。CBL teaching mode, which mimics partly real life in the control environment, is a teaching method which emphasized on clinical cases as guides, problems as basis, students as principals, teach- ers as dominants by group discussion. The PBL (problem based learning) teaching model, which carry out discussion based on problems during the teaching course, promotes the co-communication between teachers and students, and initiates the student' s interest. The combination of two teaching models, which is helpful to improve the student's enthusiasm, cultivate the ability of analyzing problems and resolving problems, fill up the traditional teaching method deficiency, has been proved to a new effective method in geriatrics teaching model.
