摘　　要：目的调查农村留守儿童看护人的营养KAP(知识、态度、行为)现状,为留守儿童营养干预提供基础研究数据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取南充市的1个乡镇的3所小学,对其五、六年级儿童看护人共727人进行问卷调查。结果留守儿童看护人与非留守儿童看护人的营养知识在粗加工面粉与精加工面粉营养价值是否一样、能否用午餐替代早餐补充营养、植物饮料与牛奶营养价值是否一样、淘米次数对营养价值的影响等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养行为在一周为小孩准备多少次早餐方面差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);营养态度方面差异无统计学意义。结论农村儿童看护人营养知识KAP存在不同程度的差异,应加强对儿童看护人的健康宣教,为儿童营造一个健康、积极的生活环境。Objective To investigate the current status of nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） among the left-behind children’s guardians in the rural area of Sichuan,and to provide a basis for developing intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire survey on nutrition KAP was conducted among 727 guardians of pupils who were selected from grades 5 and 6 of 3 primary schools in one town of Nanchong by cluster random sampling method.Results There were statistically significant differences in nutrition knowledge between the left-behind children’s guardians and the non-left-behind children’s guardians（P0.05）.The main factors were the nutritional value comparison between the unfinished flour and refined flour,the nutrition replenishment through substituting lunch for breakfast,the nutritional value comparison between vegetable fruit beverage and milk,and the rice’s nutrient content affected by the frequency of rinsing rice.There were statistically significant differences in the frequency of preparing breakfast for the child within one week（P=0.01）.But no statistically significant difference was found in nutritional attitude.Conclusions There are differences in nutrition KAP between the left-behind children’s guardians and the non-left-behind children’s guardians in rural area.It is necessary to reinforce the nutritional education and propaganda among the guardians so as to build a healthy and active living environment for the children.
