经典测量理论与概化理论结合评价卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表中文版的信度研究

摘　　要：目的采用经典测量理论(CTT)与概化理论(GT)相结合的方式对卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-O)中文版的信度进行评价。方法通过量表的翻译、回译及文化调适制定FACT-O中文版,并通过测定73例卵巢癌患者的生命质量对该量表的信度进行评价。采用的统计学方法有相关性分析、配对t检验、概化理论分析等。结果重测信度分析显示:两次测定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),除特异模块外,其余4个领域的重测相关系数均在0.80以上(P<0.05);内部一致性信度分析显示:各领域的克朗巴赫α值均在0.6以上;GT D研究显示:共性模块各领域条目数适宜,特异模块可增加条目至15条。结论 CTT与GT对FACT-O中文版信度评价结果基本一致,表明FACT-O中文版具有较好的信度。Objective To evaluate the reliability of the Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy - Ovary Cancer （ FACT - O） . Methods The Chinese version of FACT - O was developed through translation, back - translation and cultural adaptation, and seventy - three patients with ovarian cancer completed the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, paired t - test and generalizability theory （GT） . Results Test - retest reliability analysis showed that score differences of the first and second measurements for all domains were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; and the test - retest correlation coefficients for all the four domains except of the specific module were all above 0. 80 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Internal consistency analysis showed that the value of Cronbach＇s alpha for each domain was above 0. 6. D research of GT showed the item number of general module was appropriate, and the item number of the specific module can be appropriately increased to 15. Conclusion The results of evaluation on reliability of the Chinese version of FACT - O by Classical Test Theory and GT were basically consistent, indicating the Chinese version of FACT - O had a good reliability.
