多服务台的战地应急医疗救援系统分析

摘　　要：战地应急医疗救援是战争中的重要环节，影响到战争的胜负。在考虑不同服务台对伤员救治效率不同的情况下，利用M／M／c／k模型，推导了战地应急医疗救援系统的等待时间、等待队长和服务台的工作强度。同时利用LINGO软件进行了仿真，为战地应急医疗救援提供了有效的依据。Battlefield emergency medical rescue in war is so important that affect the outcome of the war. Based on the cir- cumstance that the treatment efficiency is different for the different server, an M/M/c/k model was established. Queue length, waiting time and traffic intensity in the battlefield emergency medical rescue system was deduced by using the mod- el. Numerical experiments by LINGO show that computer simulation can offer decision foundation for battlefield emergency medical rescue.
