摘　　要：开放教育资源研究是一项系统研究,既要关注微观的资源建设和运用,也要关注宏观的政策、法律、文化方面的影响作用,多维度地研究对于开放教育资源的发展是绝对有必要的。作为一项国家的教育发展战略,对于开放教育资源的研究需要跳出微观研究的窠臼,加强中观和宏观层次的研究,从而更加全面系统地展开开放教育资源研究。因此,可以运用开放教育资源属性模式,从政治、法律、经济、技术和社会文化等共五个维度对开放教育资源进行基本要素分析,尝试为我国开放教育资源运动提供长远的政策和理念导引,促进我国开放教育资源的健康、快速和科学发展。Open educational resources study, a systematic study, pays attention to not only the microscopic resource construction and application, but the macroscopic influence in the aspects of policy, law and culture. Multidimensional, muhi-angle research is absolutely necessary to the development of open education resources. As a national education development strategy, the study on open educational resources should strengthen the study on the meso and macro level instead of focusing on the micro study, and thus open educational resources research can be conducted more comprehensively and systematically. Therefore, making use of open educational resources attribute model, the research carries on the open educational resources basic element analysis from five dimensions of the politics, law, economics, technology and social culture, and tries to provide long-term policy and idea guidance for national open edu- cational resources movement, so as to make our country＇s open educational resources to develop healthy, rapidly and scientifically.
