摘　　要：校企文化对接是校企合作的深层次形式，通过对德阳市企业参与校企文化对接的态度、方式、效果等方面的调查研究，针对企业观念落后、条件欠缺、激励缺乏、约束不强等因素，政府部门、企业行业、职业学校应三方联动，充分发挥各自优势，促进校企文化对接的有效开展。The docking of school-enterprise culture is a deep-seated form of the school-enterprise cooperation. Through the investigation on the aspects of attitudes, modes, effects and other aspects of Deyang City＇ s enterprises＇ participation in the docking of school-enterprise culture, and aiming at the elements of the backward enterprise concept, the lack of motivation, the constraint conditions, the government, the enterprise industry, and the vocational schools should cooperate together so as to give full play to their advantages respectively, promote effective conduct of the docking of school-enterprise culture.
