红条茶清洁化连续加工生产线研究与应用

摘　　要：清洁化生产是茶叶加工的发展趋势。红条茶加工工艺复杂,目前的加工生产普遍处于半手工、半机械化的状态,卫生条件差,自动化程度低。针对这一现状,对红条茶连续加工工艺进行了研究,研制了一条红条茶连续加工生产线。生产线采用了触摸屏、PLC等控制技术,生产应用表明,该生产线解决了传统生产工艺的清洁生产难题,自动化程度高,生产的产品品质好,具有较好的经济效益和推广前景。The clean production is the development trend of the tea processing.But the processing status of congou black tea is in a semimanual,semi-mechanized state now because it’s complex processing technology.In response to this situation,we developed a continuous processing line of congou black tea after the processing technology had been studied.It’s application with a touch screen and PLC control technology and made the congou black tea in clean environment.It can make us the high quality products better economic benefits and promotion prospects.
