摘　　要：根据能量守恒原理和多项式拟合的方法对冷却系统内冷却液从发动机水套、中冷器以及机油热交换器中带走的热流量进行了数值仿真计算,并与试验值进行对比,计算结果与试验值符合较好且相对误差小于10%;同时计算得到了发动机不同工况下,冷却液从发动机水套、中冷器带走热流量随发动机转速、负荷的变化关系.According to the principle of conservation of energy and polynomial fitting method, this paper calculates heat loses in engine water jacket, intercooler and oil heat exchanger with the cooling liquid in the cooling system. The calculation results fit the experimental results well and the relative error is less than 10%. Through calculating and analyzing heat distribution of the cooling system under different operating conditions, this paper obtained change curves of heat loses in engine water jacket, intercooler and oil heat exchanger with the cooling liquid with the engine speed, load changes.
