网络环境下的校本教研与大学英语教师专业素质发展探究

摘　　要：本文以广东海洋大学外国语学院64名大学英语教师开展网络环境下的校本教研的实践和取得的成效为例,采用问卷调查及跟踪访谈等多种研究方式对网络环境下的校本教研进行考证,探讨如何夯实网络环境下校本教研的"自我反思"、"同伴辅导"、"专家引领"、"激励场域建立"四个基本层次,结果表明开展网络环境下的校本教研对提高大学英语教师的教学科研能力,促进大学英语教师专业发展起着非常重要的作用,并从中挖掘出驱使、促进和实现教师专业素质发展的策略,为网络环境下的教师专业素质发展提供具有指导性的策略。This paper, following a questionnaire and interviews, addresses a school-based teaching and research system in an Internet environment based on the practice of 64 English teachers from Guangdong Ocean University. This system includes basically four parts such as self reflecting, collaborating with each other, professional researchers giving instructions and con- structing inspiration field. The results reveal that the school-based T＆R system in an Internet environment plays an important role in improving the teachers＇ language teaching and research skills, then eventually promoting their professional development. It also suggests a direction for the English teachers＇ development in the near future.
