海南黎族地区中学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解海南黎族地区中学生营养知识、态度及饮食行为(K-A-B)正答率的情况,为进一步开展营养宣传教育工作提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样法,于2010年1～6月抽取海南省五指山市、白沙县、陵水县、乐东县、昌江县5个市县10所中学12～18岁中学生1254名,进行K-A-B正答率调查。结果海南黎族地区中学生获得营养健康知识的途径比较多,其中从报刊、杂志、教科书等书籍上获得营养健康知识的人数最多(占83.6%);海南黎族女中学生K-A-B正答率均高于男生,但差异无统计学意义;城市学生K-A-B正答率高于农村学生,并在营养知识方面差异显著;干部、工人和农民的K-A-B正答率依次减少,但差异无统计学意义;黎族学生K-A-B正答率普遍低于汉族学生,且在营养知识方面差异有统计学意义。结论海南黎族地区中学生营养知识水平普遍较低,存在一定的城乡间、民族间及男女间差异。在加强宣传和普及该地区中学生的营养健康知识教育的过程中,应注重让知识转化为行为。Objective To understand the correct answer rate of the middle school students＇ nutritional knowledge,attitude and behavior（K-A-B） in Hainan Li nationality areas,in order to provide a scientific basis for further nutrition education.Methods From January 2010 to June 2010,a survey on the correct answer rate of K-A-B was conducted in 1 254 students aged 12～18 from of 10 middle schools from Wuzhishan City,Baisha County,Lingshui County,Ledong County,Changjiang County in Hainan Province,with stratified cluster sampling.Results The middle school students in Hainan Li nationality areas gained nutrition health knowledge from various channels,mostly newspapers,magazines,and textbooks（83.6%）.The correct answer rate of K-A-B was higher in female middle school students than male middle school students,but the difference was not statistically significant.The correct answer rate was higher in urban students than rural students,with statistically significant differences in nutrition knowledge.The correct answer rate decrease successively in cadres,workers and peasants,without statistical significance.Hainan Li nationality students had lower correct answer rate of K-A-B than Han nationality students,with statistically significant differences in nutrition knowledge.Conclusion The nutritional knowledge level of middle school students in Hainan Li nationality areas is generally low,which shows difference between urban areas and rural areas,Hainan Li nationality and Han nationality,females and males.In strengthening the publicity and popularity of the middle school students＇ nutritional knowledge,we should pay attention to transformation of knowledge into behavior.
