摘  要:为增强临床医疗系学生对实验室检查的感性认识,提高实验诊断学整体教学水平,上海交通大学附属瑞金医院检验系对实验诊断学课程进行改革,将开放性实验室引入该课程的实验教学,对09级232名临床医疗系学生开展开放性实验室的实验教学活动,希望借助切身体验各类检测项目,增进学生对实验诊断的兴趣和理解,提升学生与实验室沟通合作的能力。学生反馈良好,因此该模式值得进一步完善和推广。To improve the ability of laboratory examination from clinical medicine students, a reform has been made in the laboratory diagnostics for lifting the whole level of instruction, through which open laboratory is introduced to experimental teaching for 09 grade 232 clinical medicine students. With doing varied testing items by themselves, the students have more interest and standing than before. In addition, the ability to communication and cooperation between clinical and laboratory is trained well. Because of a good student feedback, it is worthy of further improvement and extension to develop open laboratory.
