摘　　要：近几年,农田水利建设越来越受到国家重视,为满足社会对专业技术人才的需求,开展对灌溉排水工程学课程的改革非常必要。在调查分析该课程教学现状及存在问题的基础上,提出根据教学计划和任务,考虑社会需求,适当调整教学内容,满足专业课程结构的需要;改进教学方法,激发学生的求知欲和兴奋点,提高教学效果;强化实践教学环节,提高学生动手能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力。培养出社会需求的优秀科研人才、工程技术人才以及全能型人才,为国家节水型社会建设提供支持。Recently Chinese government has attached more and more importance to the construc- tion of water conservancy works. In order to meet the social demand for professional and techni- cal personnel, it is necessary to reform the curriculum of Irrigation ＆ Drainage Engineering. Based on investigation and analysis of current situation and problems in this curriculum, some re- form measures were proposed, according to teaching plan and task, and social requirement, by appropriately readjusting the course content to meet the need of professional curriculum struc- ture, ameliorating teaching methods, and stimulating students＂ willingness to learn. Its teaching effect was improved by strengthening the focus on practice teaching and students＂ practical abili- ties of analyzing and coping with problems in practice were improved, which provides imperative scientific manpower, engineering technicians and all-round talents for the society and strong sup- port for the construction of a national water-saving society.
