创业团队企业家精神研究进展述评

摘　　要：创业团队企业家精神研究越来越成为企业家精神研究的一个重要层面,过去的10年中有关创业团队企业家精神研究的国际文献不断增加。利用内容分析方法对2000年以后发表的SSCI与EI核心期刊刊载的36篇学术论文进行分析,力求深刻理解该命题研究中的新进展、焦点问题、发展过程、重要期刊、主导方法、主题分布与未来方向等,以文献回顾的方式归纳总结出近十年此领域的研究现状与发展,为后续的相关研究提供一定的参考。The research on entrepreneur spirit of entrepreneurship team more and more becomes an important issue of the research on entrepreneur spirit,the literatures on the research on entrepreneur spirit of entrepreneurship team increase endlessly in the past ten years.By using content analysis method,the analysis is conducted on 36 papers published in SSCI and EI core journals after 2000 in order to try to deeply understand new progress,focused issues,development process,important periodicals,main methods,proposition distribution,future direction and so on in the process of the research on this proposition.This paper generalizes and summaries the research status and development in this field in the past ten years through literature review and provides certain reference for the future research.
