摘　　要：以苏州农业职业技术学院为例,探讨了艺术设计类专业"校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习"的教学模式,以及基本职业岗位与就业导向的高职艺术类专业毕业设计改革,以培养学生的创新实践能力。With Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example,the teaching mode of cooperation between school and enterprise,combining learning with working in the major of artistic design was discussed,as well as reform of artistic major graduation design oriented with employment guidance,so as to culture students＇ innovative practice ability.
