摘 要:企业信息资源的有效协同是维护其一致性、完整性及高效利用的必然要求,同时也是解决信息资源内容与结构日益多元化与复杂化的主要手段。实现高效信息协同的有效手段就是对信息资源进行标准化、结构化及层次化组织与管理。为此,文章针对企业信息系统的服务架构及协同需求,以系统科学方法论为指导,对实现企业信息资源协同的需求、系统要素及关联结构进行了深入分析,研究了信息分级组织与协同的系统化方法与实践可行性。在数据管理层面,从数据的语义、语用及相关系统层次的角度,研究并提出了结构化的信息数据协同策略;在操作层面,充分结合现代信息技术,引入软件技术中面向对象的组件模型方法,提出了以信息资源系统功能为导向的组件化信息协同模式。Effective Synergy of corporate information resources is inevitable requirement to maintain the consistency and complete- ness, and also is the primary means to solve the problems that content and structure of information become increasingly diverse and complex. The means for efficiently implementing information synergy are to organize and manage information resourc by means of stan- dardized, structured and hierarchical strategy. The paper analyzes the service architecture and collaboration needs of enterprise informa- tion system ,combined with methodology of systems science and structuralism as a guide, deeply discusses the elements and structure of system for enterprise information synergy, and researches the systematic approach of information hierarchically organized and collabora- tion with the practical feasibility. At the level of data management, the paper proposed structured data collaboration strategy according to data's semantics, pragmatics and system level. In operation, combined with modern information technology, collaborative mode of enterprise Information with component-based is puts forword based on system function by leading into object-oriented component model.
