摘  要:本研究采用生姜为原料,研究了生姜油树脂超临界CO2萃取工艺。究了CO2流量,萃取压力,萃取时间和萃取温度4个因素对生姜油树脂超临界CO2萃取的影响,通过响应面分析法,获得生姜油树脂超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件。结果表明:生姜油树脂超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件为CO2流量为20.0 kg/h,萃取压力为28.6 MPa,萃取时间为2.7 h,温度为41.7℃。This study mainly discussed the supercritical CO2 extraction process of the oleoresm from the ginger. The effects of CO2 flow, press, time and temperature on oleoresin from the ginger were investigated by supercritical CO2 extraction. The response surface methodology was designed to obtain the optimum extraction condition of the oleoresin from the ginger by supercritical CO2 extraction. The optimum extraction condition of the oleoresin from the ginger by supercritical COz extraction was as follows: CO2 flow was 20.0 kg/h, the pres was 28.6 MPa, the time was 2.7 h, and the temperature was 41.7 ℃.
