摘  要:研究微波辅助提取榕须多糖的最佳工艺。先通过单因素试验考察微波火力、微波时间、料液比和提取次数对榕须多糖得率的影响,然后进行3因素3水平Box-Behnken中心组合试验,经响应面分析确定提取榕须多糖的最佳条件。最佳条件为微波火力85%、料液比1∶30(m/V)、微波时间1.5 min、提取次数1次,该条件下多糖含量预测值为9.842 mg/g,验证值为9.585 mg/g。为榕须多糖的工业化生产提供参考,促进榕须的进一步开发利用。The optimal extraction technique conditions ofpolysacchandes from aerial roots of banyan by the rracrowave-assisted exlracdon method was studied. The influencing factom of exaction rate such as microwave power, extraction time, ratio of material to water and extraction times were studied separately by single-factor experiments. Then using a 3-factor, 3-level Box-Betmken experimental design, the established model was analyzed by resgonse surface methodology to obtain the optimal extraction conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows; the microwave power 85%, the exlraction time 1.5 min, the ratio of material to water 1 : 30 (m/v) and the extracted one times. Under such conditions, the predictive and verified values of maximal yield ofpolysaccharides were 9.842 mg/g and 9.585 mg/g, respecvely. The resttlts provided a reference for indusarialisation extraction ofpolysaccharides from aerial roots ofbanyan and promoted a further development and utilization on aerial roots ofbanyarL
