摘  要:以丹皮为原料,分别提取了丹皮总黄酮,丹皮酚及丹皮多糖三种活性成分,通过纯度及质量分数分析得出:三种提取物质量分数分别为丹皮(干重)的1.680 6%,2.240 3%和3.040 6%。研究了三种提取物对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:三种提取物对10种病原菌的抑菌活性均遵循如下规律:在质量浓度大于或等于0.5 g/L时,丹皮酚和丹皮总黄酮对10种植物病原真菌均有显著的抑菌活性,两者均远远大于丹皮多糖的抑菌活性,低质量浓度(0.01g/L)时对部分病原菌甚至有促进生长的作用。Three active constituents including total flavonoids, paeonol and polysaccharide were extracted from tree peony bark, which weight percentage contents accounting for tree peony bark (dry weight) were 1.680 6%, 2.240 3% and 3.040 6% respectively by analysis of purity and net contents. The antifungal activities of 10 fungi of three extracts were also studied. The result showed that when the concentration was greater than or equal to 0.5 g/L, the antifungal activities of total flavonoids and paeonol to these 10 fungi were greater than polysaccharide. At the low concentration (0.01 g/L), polysaccharide even promoted the growth of some fungi.
