摘 要:在文献研究的基础上,从个人-环境匹配的内涵、结构与测量、影响因素、影响效应与作用机制及动态管理等几个方面对国内外个人-环境匹配理论及相关研究进行梳理,并展望个人-环境匹配研究存在的问题及未来研究方向。As a core research of organization and management studies, person - environment fit has attracted the wide attention of theorists and practitioners because of its important role of obtaining suitable match talents, giving full play to their talents and ultimately improving the organizational competitiveness, which is considered as the most important practice of human resource management for the enterprises to obtain the competitive advantages. Based on the literature researches, this paper discusses both the domestic and foreign theory and research of P - E fit from the aspects of concept, construct and measurement, antecedents, affecting models and dynamic management and so on. At the end of this paper, the problems and future research directions of P - E fit are discussed.
