摘  要:高校教学创新是通过更新教学理念、明确教学目标、运用科学教学方法等方式,培养大学生创新精神与创新能力、培育创新人才的创新。其具有理论性与实践性、全面性与个别性、传承性与发展性的特征。《劳动合同法》教学创新应主要体现在创新教学理念、创新教学内容、创新教学方式、创新教学方法与学生评价标准等方面,以达到学生创新意识激发,学习主动性提高,综合能力提升、竞争协作意识增强、师生关系融洽的教学效果。University teaching innovation is made by updating teaching ideas, clearing teaching objectives, applying the methods of science teaching, and aiding to training college students'innovative spirit and ability, nurturing the creative talents. It has theoretical and practical support, comprehensive and specific traits, and the feature of inheritance and development. Innovation in labor contract law teaching should be mainly reflected in innovative teaching ideas, teaching content, teaching ways, teaching methods and student evaluation criteria, it aids to inspire students sense of innovation , improve learning initiative, enhance the comprehensive ability, and increase competitive-collaboration awareness, harmonious the relationship between teachers and students.
