摘　　要：目的探讨感染科实习生对肺结核基础知识的知晓情况。方法选取2011-2012年在我院感染科实习的临床医学生和护生各50名为研究对象，比较两组学生对肺结核基础知识的知晓率。结果实习前，临床医学专业实习生对肺结核相关基础知识的知晓情况显著优于护理专业实习生；经过4周的实习，两组学生对肺结核相关基础知识的掌握情况无明显差异。结论由于不同专业医学生的不同教学目标，对肺结核相关知识的了解和掌握程度有较大差异，实习护士应加强肺结核相关知识的学习和培训。Objective To explore interns＇ basic knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis at thedepartment of infectious diseases. Mothoda 50 medical students and 50 nurse students who had done their internship during the period of 2011 to 2012 at our department were used as study objects. The rate of basic awareness of pulmonary tuberculosis was compared between the two groups. Reaulta Before the practice of internship, medical students were markedly better than nurse students in basic knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis, After four weeks of practice, there was no significant difference in basic knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis. Condtmions Health care students with different majors differ significantly in the knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis because of different teaching goals. Intern nurses should strengthen their knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis.
