《伤寒论》对热入血室的同证异治

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中热入血室证病因有邪气从太阳传入者,有邪气从阳明传入者,发病时有轻重缓急之分,故临证时应明辨疾病病因病机,根据同证异治的原则,分别采取"当刺期门""小柴胡汤主之""必自愈"的不同治法,方可体现仲景辨证之精细,治法之谨微。Syndrome of heat invading blood chamber in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases may have the pathogens invading from Taiyang meridian or pathogens from Yangming meridian,and it may have mild or severe,slow or acute onset,therefore,the etiology and pathogenesis should be differentiated in clinic and different therapies such as acupuncture on Qimen,Xiaochaihu Decoction and self-healing should be used according to the principle of same syndrome with different treatment,which reflects Zhongjing′s fine syndrome differentiation and precise treatment.
