摘 要:本文选取内部社会资本具有代表性的三个特征:连结强度、信任度和组织目标认同度,并引入市场知识转移这一中介变量,深入研究了内部社会资本对组织绩效的影响机制。以南京市高新技术企业为对象的实证研究认为,结构维度社会资本和关系维度社会资本对组织绩效无直接作用;认知维度社会资本对组织绩效起到直接作用。市场知识转移在内部社会资本和组织绩效中具有明显中介作用,是组织绩效提升的重要动力。最后,本文阐述了研究的启示与不足,为未来研究提供了方向。It has been widely recognized that internal social capital has important influence on organizational performance. However, few articles have focused on the mechanism of this influence. While most literature have studied internal social capital from the perspective of structural dimension, relational dimension and cognitive dimension, further studies on what organizational characteristics actually affect the relationship between internal social capital and organizational performance are rarely seen. Therefore we emphasize three organizational characteristics- tie strength, trust and understanding of collective goals-to further research the relationship. Researchers have promoted significant relationship between internal social capital, knowledge transfer and or- ganizational performance. We argue that different kind of knowledge affect organizational performance differently, which request studies of how transferring different knowledge affect the internal social capital / organizational performance relationship. Since market knowledge nowadays plays increasingly important role in product R & D, promoting and attracting new customers, proper studies on internal market knowledge transfer is a valuable subject. Taking above-mentioned views into consideration, we applied empirical study of 228 Chinese hi-tech enterprises to reveal in this article the mechanism of how internal social capital enhances organizational performance, considering market knowledge transfer as mediating variable. The article intended to help researchers and entrepreneur further understanding the importance of organization' s internal social capital and market knowledge transfer. Findings show that structural and relational social capital have no direct influence on organizational performance, while cognitive social capital has direct influence on organizational performance. Market knowledge transfer significantly mediates the effect of internal social capital on organizational performance. The possible explanation for such results
