摘　　要：基于非局部均值的方法,先对CCD摄像机获得的医学视频图像截取感兴趣帧进行噪声方差估计,然后进行去噪。实验表明,将非局部均值图像去噪算法运用于医学图像去噪能获得较好效果。This article is based on non-means local. Firstly, the interesting frame of medical video image captured with a CCD camera. Secondly, image noise variance needs to be estimated. Then, denoising is practiced. The experiments show that the image denoising algorithm of non-means local can get better results to medical image denoising.
