山苍子核仁油的提制及其在表面活性剂合成中的应用

摘　　要：山苍子生产精油的加工过程会产生大量的固体剩余物,其主要成份是山苍子核仁,富含天然脂肪油。通过对山苍子核仁脂肪油的提取、精制技术的整理,论述山苍子核仁油在天然表面活性剂合成中的应用,介绍其制备阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂的方法,并对山苍子核仁油的提制及在表面活性剂合成领域的应用前景进行展望。A large quantity of solid residues will be produced in the process of extracting essential oil from Litsea cubeba fruits,which mainly consist of unexploited Litsea cubeba kernel with rich natural fatty acids.In this paper,the extraction and purification technology of Litsea cubeba kernel oil are summarized,the application of Litsea cubeba kernel oil in the synthesis of natural surfactants is discussed, the preparation methods of anionic,cationic and nonionic surfactants from Litsea cubeba kernel oil are described,and the application prospect of Litsea cubeba kernel oil in the synthesis of natural surfactants is foresaw.
