摘　　要：当前,我国专业学位研究生教育办学水平不高、发展规模失衡、培养模式缺乏创新性、质量保障和管理体制不完善、政策制定落后,发展我国专业学位研究生教育需要转变思路,借鉴他国经验,加强与职业资格准入制度的联系。This article discusses the problems and shortcomings of the professional degree postgraduate education on five aspects： the professional degree postgraduate education still being on a low level, the imbalance of the scale development, the lack of innovation in training model, the imperfect quality assurance and management system, and the backward policy formulation. Developping professional degree postgraduate education in China need to change thought and draw lessons from other country.
