摘　　要：结合我国当前基层卫生服务体系发展与改革需求，采用文献方法和调研方法对三年制临床医学专业人才培养模式及课程设置、教学基地与师资队伍建设等进行研究，提出了该专业人才培养模式改革的思路，并从专业培养目标、课程设置、教学模式、实训基地与师资队伍建设、教学质量保障与评价体系等方面进行了初步探索。Combining with the reform need and grass roots health service system development, Luohe Medical College used documentary method and research method to study on clinical medicine talent training model and curriculum provision, teaching base and teaching staffs. We put forward the idea of clinical medicine talent training model reform and made a further study on specialty training goal, curriculum provision, teaching model, practice base and teaching staff construction, teaching quality assurance and assessment system ect.
