摘 要:目的研究医院管理学课程的开设对临床医学专业学生思想行为的影响。同时,对当前医院管理学的教学内容及教学方式、教学手段进行了分析,以期在今后教学中改进。方法2010年,采用问卷调查、座谈等形式,对苏州大学2007级临床医学专业两个班98名学生就与医院管理有关情况进行了调查。其中,开设了医院管理学课程的班级作为实验组,共43名学生;未开设医院管理学的班级为对照组,共55名学生。结果两组学生一致认为开设医院管理学课程很有必要,对今后的工作有着积极的作用。结论临床医学专业开设医院管理学课程很有必要。医院管理学的教学内容、教学方式等均应针对临床医学专业学生进行优化及调整。Objective This study focused on the significance of hospital management courses for clinical medical students, and the impacts on their thoughts and behavior. We also analyzed the contents of the course, current teaching model and methods, in order to improve them. Methods In 2010, it was made a survey and analysis about the hospital management for 98 students in two classes of the clinical medicine of Sooehow University by questionnaires and seminars. 43 students in one class, who had hospital management course were set as the experimental group, while 55 students in the other class, who did not have the course as the control group. Results The students of the experimental group and control group agreed that it is necessary to set up the hospital management course for clinical medical students, which could play an active role on the occupation development in the future. Conclusions It is necessary to offer hospital management course for clinical medicine students. The teaching content and teaching methods should be optimized and adjusted for clinical professional students.
