摘　　要：大学学术发展根本上取决于大学教师的角色行为,有什么样的教师角色行为,就有什么样的大学学术。大学教师角色行为不只取决于大学教师的角色意识,更取决于社会对大学教师的角色期待和大学教师考评制度对大学教师的角色塑造。现有大学教师考评制度旨在引导大学教师更好地从事学术生产活动,但实际上却起着相反的作用,出现了功能异化。调适大学教师角色行为的关键在于创新大学教师评价制度。The development of university academic depends on the faculty role behavior.What kind of faculty role behavior is what kind of university academic.The faculty role behavior depends on the role expectation from the society and the faculty evaluation system more than the faculty role consciousness.The present faculty evaluation system aims to guide the faculty to devote to the academic production.However,it caused the opposite effects,making the alienation of evaluation.The key to adjust the faculty role behavior is to reform the evaluation system.
