摘　　要：校企合作教育是实现职业师范教育人才培养模式的有效手段,本文从职业师范教育与校企合作的内涵出发,分析目前职业师范院校校企合作的现状,并对职业师范院校校企合作人才培养模式进行了思考。School-enterprise cooperation education is the effective means to realize the personnel training mode of vocational normal education.This article,starting from the connotations of occupational teacher education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,analyses the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational normal colleges,and ponders over the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in occupational normal colleges.
