摘　　要：文章论述了高等职业师范类院校的培养目标,论证了实践教学在机械制造及其自动化专业人才培养中的地位和作用,介绍了吉林工程技术师范学院机械制造及其自动化专业实践教学体系,提出机械制造及其自动化专业实践教学改革的思路。This article discusses the training objectives of higher vocational normal colleges and schools,demonstrates the position and role of practical teaching in the personnel cultivation of mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty,introduces practical teaching system machinery manufacturing and automation specialty in Jilin Teachers＇ Institute of engineering and technology,and offers the train of thought for practice teaching reform of mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty.
