高校体育教学的非正式制度探析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与专家访谈法,从非正式制度视角探析了高校体育教学的非正式制度因素,认为体育教学的非正式制度包含领导层、教师层、学生层以及器物层,这些非正式制度具有潜在性、稳定性,对高校体育教学的影响具有持续性。因此,要高度重视非正式制度,合理引导、改变非正式制度发展,以提高教学效果。This paper,by using the methods of literature analysis,logic analysis and expert interview,analyses the factors of informal system of physical education in institutions of higher learning,and thinks that the informal system of physical education contains aspects of leaders,teachers,pupils and utensils;these informal systems are potential and stable and have a constant influence on physical education teaching in institutions of higher learning.Therefore,informal systems should be highly valued and properly guided and the development of informal systems should be changed to improve teaching result.
