国际化人才培养目标下的生态化大学英语教学模式探索

摘　　要：文章分析了理工科院校大学英语教学模式中与国际化人才培养目标不相适应的非生态因素,提出将教育生态理论纳入大学英语教学改革中,优化课程设置和教学模式,创设生态化教学环境,探索合理的生态化质量监控和管理模式,使之与国际化人才培养目标相适应。This paper analyzes the non - ecological factors that do not fit the target of cultivating international talents in college English teaching mode of science and technology universities, puts forward incorporating educational ecological theory into college English teaching reform, optimizing the curriculum and teaching mode, creating ecological teaching environment, explo- ring the rational ecological quality monitoring and management mode, so as to meet the target of cultivating international talents.
